Find a time during your day when you will not be disturbed.
Choose an area preferably out in nature, by a stream or in the mountains. If this isn’t possible find a peaceful space in your home, and arrange it for you to sit or lie in comfort, for your meditation.

Our breath is our lifeforce or our prana. We cannot exist without it, and yet we take little notice of this vital flow of energy that both nourishes and detoxifies.
Deep breath-work re-sets our nervous system, taking us out of stress mode and placing us in a state of deep calm, where true healing begins.
